1. About us

2. Nature of the service

Oracles (tarot, runes, I Ching, numerology, and birth chart) are personal reflection practices offered for guidance and entertainment. Their readings are symbolic interpretations: they are not verifiable facts, predictions, or guarantees of personal, financial, relationship, or health outcomes.

These do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other regulated professional advice, and should not be used to make decisions about your health, money, or relationships without consulting a professional when appropriate.

We may use calculation and technology-assisted writing tools from external providers to prepare reports and content. Before sharing your question with an external provider for this purpose, we ask for your authorization, as described in the Privacy Notice. Readings are prepared automatically, without a person intervening in each report.

3. Your account

You can start shopping without registering: your account is created with the email you enter at checkout. Access is password-free, through links or codes we send to your email, and through third-party services when available.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your email and devices. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You can sign out of all devices, download your data, or delete your account from My account.

4. Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), and the total is displayed before payment. Images are for illustrative purposes. Payments are processed by an external payment provider; the charge is confirmed when we receive its notification.

Before paying, you can review your consultation details. By purchasing, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and confirm that the information you provided is correct.

5. Preparation and delivery

Once payment is confirmed, preparation can begin immediately and automatically. For tarot and rune readings, you choose your cards within 10 minutes; if the time limit expires, the positions are assigned at random from the already-shuffled deck.

Your reading is delivered to your private library on the site, and we’ll let you know by email. If preparation fails, we’ll try again, and if we can’t deliver it, we’ll refund the amount.

6. Membership

The monthly membership includes, in each paid period, four three-card readings and twenty clarifications, as well as the daily practice. These are available only during the period in which they’re granted and don’t accumulate.

The amount, billing frequency, and charge date are shown before you sign up and require your express consent. It renews automatically each month, and we’ll notify you by email at least five calendar days before each renewal.

You can cancel at any time from My account or by email, with no penalty. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you’ll keep access until the end of the paid period.

7. Cancellations and refunds

They are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Appropriate use

• Do not use the site for illegal activities, to try to access other people’s accounts or data, or to overload or compromise the service.
• Don’t include other people’s personal data or sensitive information in your questions.
• Don't resell or mass-publish the content of readings; it's for your personal use.

If a question suggests a situation that puts your safety or life at risk, we won’t prepare the reading and will direct you to support resources. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.

9. Intellectual property

The text, design, illustrations, and other materials on the site belong to their owner or are used under the appropriate license. We grant you a personal, limited, nontransferable license to read and keep your readings. Copying, adapting, or commercially exploiting the content without authorization is not permitted.

10. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the site available at all times, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We may improve, change, or remove features and update these terms; changes do not affect what you have already purchased. The current version, with its date, is published here.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a reading or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your liability or ours where the law does not permit it to be excluded, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Consumer rights

These terms do not waive your non-waivable consumer rights, including rights to information, returns, refunds, compensation, and filing complaints with the competent authorities, such as the Federal Consumer Protection Agency.

13. Governing law

The laws of the United Mexican States apply. For their interpretation and enforcement, and without prejudice to consumer rights or the jurisdiction of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City.
